Daniel S. Conrad, M.D.
Dr. Dan Conrad is a second-generation ophthalmologist, originally from Boulder, CO. He completed his undergraduate degree at Bethel University in Arden Hills, MN and returned to Denver for his medical degree at the University of Colorado.
He did his ophthalmology residency at the University of Oklahoma and obtained his Master of Business Administration at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN.
Dr. Conrad is a board-certified ophthalmologist and current President of Phillips Eye Institute. Before joining Minnesota Eye Consultants, he established a private practice, Acclaro Eye Care, in North Oaks, MN and maintained a presence with Allina Health in the Allina Medical Clinics (AMC), now Allina Health Clinics (AHC).
He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), the Minnesota Academy of Ophthalmology (MAO), the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ASCRS), and the International Society of Refractive Surgery of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (ISRS/AAO).
At Minnesota Eye Consultants, Dr. Conrad will focus on cataract and mild/moderate glaucoma management in our Blaine location.
In his free time, Dr. Conrad enjoys golfing or spending time with family and friends.
