We are very excited to announce that we will be consolidating/relocating our Maplewood and Falcon Heights locations to one, single facility in Woodbury in the fall of 2017. This fall we will be breaking ground on a stand alone, 41,000-square-foot medical office building near the southeast corner of Tamarack Road and Weir Drive. This location will include a clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center, very similar to our Minnetonka office. We are thrilled for the opportunity to offer better access and improved facilities to our East Side patient population. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for status updates on this new location!
