Q: Can I still see my MEC eye doctor for my annual exams and eyeglass prescriptions?
A: YES! Nothing changes with regard to your patient/provider relationship. You can still visit MEC for your annual eye exams, glasses RX, and contact lens fittings and services. The only difference is that Minnesota Eye Consultants will no longer be selling prescription eyeglass frames and lenses.
Q: Will my frame and lens warranty be honored?
A: If you need warranty service, please visit one of our Preferred Optical Partners.
Q: What about adjustments for my glasses?
A: If you need minor adjusting (new nose pad, cleaning, etc.), we will still be able to accommodate requests at all of our clinic locations.
