Reception was friendly and efficient, setting the pace for a great experience. Technician Amy took me through the screening process, she was incredible. She is friendly, fun and so knowledgeable. Dr. Larsen was wonderful, after her exam she explained everything, clearly, and gave me all the confidence in her to go ahead with the surgery. Ally gave me a surgery pack, and I went home to wait for the scheduler to call with the surgery dates. I was only home a short while when Michelle called and set me up with my appt. dates. I came for laser treatment after catarac surgery but Dr Larsen convinced me I had dry eyes. She was totally right. She gave me Systane eye 👁️ drops without preservative. My hands don’t work but I learned how to do it because she gave me two boxes. So I had one learning set of ampulla. My vision improved wonderfully because I dripped many times. Dr. Larson has been excellent. She listens to your questions and concerns, makes suggestions based on your input, and ensures the ultimate decision is yours (monofocal? Multifocal?). Spent quite a bit of time just answering questions. I’ve had 1 cataract removed so far, and couldn’t be happier. Who knew the world didn’t have a yellow tinge to it….. With only one eye, I had serious concern about any procedure on the "good" eye, but my vision was not good so I had to have the implant. My concerns were unfounded.
